Investors bid for 199 bln rbl at SPO of Russia’s Gazprom
MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- Investors submitted 494 bids totaling 198.9 billion rubles during a secondary public offering (SPO) of Russian gas giant Gazprom, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
“Gazprom Gerosgaz Holdings BV and Rosingaz Limited, 100% affiliates of Gazprom, have completed the book building for purchase of 693.628 million common non-certificated nominal shares of PC Gazprom… 494 bids were made for a total of 198.894 billion rubles,” Gazprom said.
Earlier on Thursday, Gazprom said that two of its subsidiaries would offer 693.6 million shares of the parent company, accounting for 2.9% of capital, on the Moscow Exchange.
